Stunning. Huge flowers ( 9 cm) are produced in great abundance. Gorgeous flowers are a light cream with French-vanilla tones, centred with abundant red stamens. Oh my. This variety grows quite prostrate, and pads are thoroughly covered with white spines. This is an excellent heirloom variety, introduced by Claude Barr in Nebraska.
